Certain features of the Masarak App require users to provide personal information such as full name, email address, contact number (optional), city and address, relationship to the child, age, current grade level, and educational preferences.
Note: This information is provided by the parent or guardian, not the child.
This information may be collected during account registration, login, or through contact and feedback forms. Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing Masarak’s services and will not be shared with third parties except with the user’s consent or when required by applicable laws and regulations.

Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and app interaction (e.g., which schools you viewed).
Location Data: With your permission, location data (such as GPS-based location) to show schools near you. You can disable this in your device settings.

Masarak is a tool designed for adults.
We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).
Any data regarding a child is voluntarily provided by the parent or guardian.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data directly from a child, we will delete it immediately.

We categorize our Trackers into three groups:
1.Strictly Necessary: Essential for the App to function (e.g., keeping you logged in). These cannot be turned off.
2.Performance & Analytics: Help us understand which schools are popular and whether the App is experiencing technical issues. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
3.Functional: Remember choices you make, such as your preferred language or city, to provide a more personalized experience.

You have full control over non-essential trackers:
In-App Settings: Adjust your tracking preferences at any time through the “Privacy Settings” menu in the Masarak App.
Device Settings: Reset your advertising identifier or disable location tracking through your iOS or Android system settings.
